Instructions for Use

2. Check the temperature: Apply the adhesive at an ambient temperature between 0°C and +30°C. Ensure that the can temperature remains between +5°C and +30°C.
3. Prepare the can: Follow the instructions on the product label. Shake the can as directed and attach it securely to a compatible foam gun.
4. Apply the adhesive: Dispense the foam in the pattern and quantity recommended for the intended application. Avoid excessive application because the adhesive expands slightly.
5. Position the elements: Place the components onto the adhesive within the specified open time. For lightweight elements, initial adhesion develops after approximately 60 seconds. Heavier elements may require approximately 120 seconds.
6. Adjust and secure: Make any necessary adjustments within the correction time, which is less than 3 minutes under the specified test conditions. Use mechanical supports or fixings whenever the installation instructions require them.
7. Allow curing: Allow the adhesive to cure fully before subjecting the bonded assembly to loads. Full curing takes approximately 24 hours under the stated test conditions.
8. Clean the equipment: Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning the foam gun and handling uncured adhesive.
