Soudal Gap Filler 750 ml Expanding Foam is a high-performance, one-component polyurethane gun foam designed for demanding construction and installation tasks. Formulated with HCFC- and CFC-free propellants, it delivers strong environmental responsibility without compromising on performance. The foam expands efficiently to fill cavities, seal structural gaps, and provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. With its superior stability—no shrinkage and no post-expansion—contractors can rely on consistent results, precise application, and long-lasting performance. Engineered for use with a foam gun, this product ensures optimal control, reduced waste, and professional-quality finish on every job.
Excellent dimensional stability – no shrinkage or post-expansion, ensuring precise and predictable results.
High filling capacity – effectively fills gaps, joints, and voids of various sizes.
Strong adhesion – bonds well to most building materials (except PE, PP, and PTFE).
Outstanding thermal and acoustic insulation – enhances building efficiency and comfort.
Reliable bonding properties – ideal for structural sealing and secure installations.
Freon-free formulation – environmentally responsible; does not harm the ozone layer.
Not UV-resistant – requires protection from direct sunlight after curing.
Soudal Gap Filler 750 ml Expanding Foam is a versatile solution widely used by contractors, installers, and construction professionals. It is ideal for:
Installing and stabilizing window and door frames.
Filling cavities and irregular openings in walls or structural elements.
Sealing penetrations and gaps in roof constructions to improve airtightness.
Creating acoustic baffles to reduce sound transmission.
Enhancing thermal insulation in cooling systems and energy-efficient installations.
Its strong adhesion, insulating properties, and easy gun-application system make it a smart, cost-effective choice for both renovation and new-build projects.
Shake well: Vigorously shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds before use.
Prepare the equipment: Attach the canister securely to the foam gun using the threaded adapter.
Prepare the surface: Ensure the application surface is clean, dust-free, and free from grease.
Moisten the substrate: Lightly spray water on the surfaces to promote optimal foam expansion and adhesion.
Test adhesion if needed: On non-standard substrates, perform a preliminary adhesion test.
Apply the foam:
Fill cavities only up to 65%, as the foam will expand to fill the remaining space.
Shake the can regularly during use to maintain consistent foam quality.
Layering: For deep cavities, apply the foam in layers. Moisten each layer before applying the next.
Clean fresh foam: Remove uncured foam using Soudal Gun & Foamcleaner or acetone.
Important: Test cleaners on sensitive materials like plastics or painted surfaces before use.
Remove cured foam: Once hardened, foam can only be removed mechanically or with Soudal PURemover.
