Instructions for Use

1. Shake well: Vigorously shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds before use.

2. Prepare the equipment: Attach the canister securely to the foam gun using the threaded adapter.

3. Prepare the surface: Ensure the application surface is clean, dust-free, and free from grease.

4. Moisten the substrate: Lightly spray water on the surfaces to promote optimal foam expansion and adhesion.

5. Test adhesion if needed: On non-standard substrates, perform a preliminary adhesion test.

6. Apply the foam:

   • Fill cavities only up to 65%, as the foam will expand to fill the remaining space.

   • Shake the can regularly during use to maintain consistent foam quality.

7. Layering: For deep cavities, apply the foam in layers. Moisten each layer before applying the next.

8. Clean fresh foam: Remove uncured foam using Soudal Gun & Foamcleaner or acetone.

   • Important: Test cleaners on sensitive materials like plastics or painted surfaces before use.

9. Remove cured foam: Once hardened, foam can only be removed mechanically or with Soudal PURemover.
