Instructions for Use

Before Installation:

1. Ensure the insulation board surface is clean, dry, and free of dust.

2. Prepare your reinforcing adhesive according to the system manufacturer’s instructions.

Embedding the Mesh:

1. Apply a base coat of adhesive evenly using a notched trowel.

2. While the adhesive is still wet, press the Penguins Fibreglass Mesh into the surface using a stainless steel trowel.

3. Overlap adjacent strips by at least 10 cm to ensure structural continuity.

4. Smooth out any wrinkles and ensure the mesh is fully embedded and not visible.

5. Apply a second layer of base coat (wet-on-wet) to cover the mesh completely.

6. Allow to dry before applying finishing render or topcoat.

Storage Tips:

• Store in dry conditions, off the ground, and protected from direct sunlight.

• Avoid contact with water prior to installation.
