Bonding decorative or structural sheet metal—raw, galvanized, or painted
General-purpose sealing where long-lasting flexibility and weather resistance are key
This product is especially suited for outdoor applications where joints are exposed to moisture, temperature changes, and mechanical stress.
Surface Preparation
Ensure surfaces are clean, free from oil, dust, and loose particles. Slight dampness is acceptable; do not apply on wet or submerged surfaces.
Cartridge Setup
Cut the nozzle to the desired bead size. Place the cartridge in a standard caulking gun.
Application
Apply an even bead of sealant to one surface. Press materials together firmly within a few minutes of application.
Finishing
Smooth the joint with a spatula or gloved finger. The product can be painted once the surface skin has formed.
Curing
Allow the sealant to fully cure before exposing to heavy loads or permanent moisture. Skin formation typically begins within minutes; full cure occurs depending on joint depth and ambient conditions.
