Gradually add Syntekol PS while mixing with a low-speed drill mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is obtained.
Allow the mix to sit for 5 minutes, then remix briefly.
3. Application Method
Apply adhesive using a steel trowel or float, depending on board size and substrate evenness.
For EPS boards, use either the perimeter-and-dot method or full-surface coverage.
Press the boards firmly against the wall and adjust them within 20 minutes of application.
Ensure full and uniform adhesion without air gaps.
4. Working & Curing Time
Use the mixed mortar within 2 hours of preparation.
Drying time varies between 12 to 48 hours depending on ambient conditions.
Follow up with additional ETICS layers (e.g., mesh embedding, base coat) only after full curing.
