Instructions for Use:

1. Substrate Preparation:

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, mold, or loose paint.
Remove any flaky or old paint layers and wash robust substrates with water and detergent. For mold or fungi, treat with BIOTOX TOTAL according to manufacturer guidelines.
Prime the surface using Francesco GUARDI Latex Primer Paint to ensure optimal adhesion.

2. Paint Preparation:

Dilute the paint with water according to the chosen application tool and desired effect:
- Brush: 15–20% dilution
- Sponge: 20% dilution
- Glove: 10–15% dilution
- Spatula: typically used undiluted or lightly diluted depending on technique

3. Application Techniques:

Brush: Use a flat brush, remove excess paint, and apply with free-form strokes for customized texture.
Sponge: Apply in circular motions to build a soft, mottled surface.
Spatula: Spread and shape the paint to create layered textures; combine colors for rich visual complexity.
Glove: Distribute paint evenly with wool or synthetic gloves for a smooth, velvety finish.
Roller/Spray: Suitable for base coats or larger surfaces depending on project needs.

4. Number of Coats:
